Others Present: Mrs. Dorothy Bilodeau, Mr. Murray Warden
1. The City Council met in Executive Session to discuss with Mrs.
Bilodeau the acquisition of a portion of her property on Johnson Avenue
for street widening purposes. After discussion, the three councilmen present
authorized the Engineer's Office to prepare additional studies of alternates
for the Bilodeau widening and cancelled the meeting of Tuesday, May 22, 1973.
2. 'On motion of Councilman Brown, seconded by Councilman Graham, the
MEETING ADJOURNED to Monday, May 21, 1973 at 12:10 P. M.

1. The City Council began their study of the 1973 -74 City Budget
as presented by the Administrative Officer, R. D. Miller. Mr. Miller
first reviewed for the Council how the budget was prepared with the
participation by the department heads and chairmen of the various
boards and commissions. He then reviewed the anticipated year end
fund balances and proposed revenue and expenditures for the 1973 -74
fiscal year.
