ADJOURNED MEETING, OF THE CITY COUNCIL
CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, CALIFORNIA

Present: Myron Graham, T. Keith Gurnee, Jesse Norris,
and Mayor Kenneth E. Schwartz
Absent: John C. Brown
Citv Staff:
Present: R. D. Miller, Administrative Officer;
J. H. Fitzpatrick, City Clerk; A. J. Shaw,
City Attorney; D. F. Romero, City Engineer
1. City Council adjourned to Executive Session.
2. On motion of Councilman Gurnee, seconded by Mayor Schwartz,
the following resolution was introduced:
Resolution No. 2492 (1973 Series). A resolution
by the City Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo finding and determining that the public
interest and necessity require the construction
and widening of the Prefumo Creek Drainage
Channel below Madonna Road and that a permanent
easement for drainage and maintenance purposes
must be acquired along the westerly edge of the
"Da Iidio" real property.
Passed and adopted on the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmen Graham, Gurnee, Norris and
Mayor Schwartz
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Brown
3. On motion of Councilman Graham, seconded by Mayor Schwartz
the meeting adjourned at 7:25 P.M., to 12:10 P.M., Tuesday, July
24, 1973.
Motion carried.
