1. The City Council adjourned to Executive Session to hear the appeal
of William M. Olivera from his termination from City employment.
2. On motion of Councilman Dunin, seconded by Councilman Gurnee, the
meeting adjourned at 1 :45 p.m. to 12:10 p.m., Wednesday, June 1, 1977.

1. The City Council.began their review of the proposed 1977/78 City
Operative Budget.
I. Financed & Related Exhibits
A - Comparative Revenue Analysis
B - Comparative Expenditure Analysis
C - Summary of 1977/78 Appropriations
D - Summary of 1977/78 Personnel Positions
- E - Projected Fund Statements (Operating & Capital)
II. Non - Departmental Activities
A - City Council and Advisory Committees
B - Non - Departmental Expenditures
C - Debt Service
The City Council stopped the 1977/78 budget review at this point, to be
continued on Wednesday, June 8, 1977 at noon.
2. The City Council then discussed what the City Council's stance was
to be when they met with the County Board of Supervisors at 1:30 p.m.,
Tuesday, June 7, 1977 to discuss the report entitled, "Declaration of Intent
by San Luis County Board of Supervisors and San Luis Obispo City Council
concerning the location of County facilities within and near the City of
San Luis Obispo" and also what the implication would be to the City if the
proposal as submitted was adopted. After Council discussion, the matter
was left open with the Council to take no official position on the statement
until after discussion at the joint meeting with the Board of Supervisors.
3. On motion of Councilman Dunin, seconded by Councilman Petterson,
the meeting adjourned at 2:10 p.m. to 12:10 p.m., Tuesday, June 7, 1977.
