ADJOURNED MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 8, 1977 - 12:15 P.M.

Roll Call-
PRESENT: Councilmen Dunin, Gurnee, Jorgensen, Petterson and
Mayor Schwartz
ABSENT: None
City Staff
PRESENT: J.H. Fitzpatrick, City Clerk; R.D. Miller, Administrative
Officer; Rudy Muravez, Finance Director
1. The City Council continued their review of the proposed 1977/78
City Budget, starting with the following sections:
Section III - Administrative Department_
On motion of Councilman Gurnee, seconded by Councilman Petterson, that the
City Attorney.:.s- contract be- extended for one year to 6/30/78 with staff to
prepare a financial analysis of legal services to date. Motion carried, all
ayes.
Section IV - Community Services Department
1:10 p.m. City Council called a recess.
1:20 p.m. Council reconvened with all Councilmen present.
D.F. Romero, Director of Public Services, arrived at the meeting.
Council continued their review of Section IV of the proposed 1977/78 budget.
2. On motion of Councilman Jorgensen, seconded by Councilman Gurnee, the
meeting adjourned at 2:05 p.m., to 12:10 p.m., Monday, June 13, 1977.
Motion carried.
