Mayor Cooper adjourned the meeting to Executive Session at 12:00 p.m.
Council reconvened in Regular Session at 1:05 p.m. with all councilmembers present.
2. After.brief description, it was moved by Mayor Cooper, seconded
by Councilman Munger, the following resolution was introduced: Resolution No. 4432
(1981 Series), a resolution of the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo authorizing
the sale of city owned real property on Stenner Creek Road.
Passed and adopted on the following roll call vote:
AYES: Mayor Cooper, Councilmembers Munger, Billing, Bond, and Dunin
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
There being no further.business to come before the meeting, Mayor Cooper adjourned
the meeting at 1:15 p.m. to Monday, March 30, 1981 at 6:30 p.m., Round Room,
Madonna Inn.

Councilmembers
Present: Melanie Billig, Alan Bond, Ron Dunin, Jerry Munger,
and Mayor Lynn R. Cooper
Absent: None
City Staff
Present: Lee Walton, Administrative Officer; George Thacher, City
Attorney; Pam Voges, Acting City Clerk; Wayne Peterson,
City Engineer; Roger Neuman, Police Chief; Richard Minor,
Fire Chief; Dave Romero, Public Services Director; and
Ann McKibbin, Personnel Director
1. Outgoing members of the 1979 - 1981 City Council made comments
thanking their supporters and wishing the newly elected Council Members their
best and pledges cooperation with new members coming to the Council.
Members of the 1981 - 1983 City Council thanked the 1979 - 1981 City Council
for their support and pledged to cooperate with continuing Council Members in
the business of the City of San Luis Obispo.
Mayor Cooper adjourned the meeting of the 1979 - 1981 City Council at 9:10 p.m.
