At 1:06 p.m. the Council adjourned to closed session.
At 1:30 p.m. the Council convened in regular session.

Council's Actions:
Council Action
CAO was directed to report back on the feasibility to assign police vehicles on
an individual basis, including cost figures.
$50,000 was transferred from Park Development to Mission Plaza Project for
total of $150,000 for 1981 -82:..
$40,000 was transferred from capital contingency account to Flood Control for
total of $290,000 for 1981 -82.
Council initiated request for General Plan Conformity Report from the Planning
Commission relative to land acquisition for Mission Plaza Project to come back
to Council within 30 days.
At 3:25 p.m. the Council adjourned to closed session.
At 3:35 p.m. the Council reconvened in regular session and then at 4:05 p.m.
adjourned to closed session to discuss litigation.
Closed session adjourned at 5:25 p.m. to 4:05 p.m. on Wednesday, June 24, 1981.
