Dave Romero, Public Works Director, reviewed the Council agenda report and
stated it was staff's reccmmendation to direct staff to proceed with
detailed studies, environmental review, and set public hearing to consider
citizen concerns regarding the raroval of.Toro Street Bridge over San Luis
Creek.
' After brief discussion and on motion of Councilwoman Dovey, seconded by
Councilman Griffin, staff directed to proceed with detailed studies,
environmental review, evaluate and bring back options for bridges and
accurate cost figures and set public hearing to consider citizen concerns.

There being no further business to.come before the City Council Mayor
Billig adjourned the meeting at 11:05 p.m. to Monday, June 4, 1984, at
12:10 p.m.
