Mayor Dunin adjourned the meeting to Closed Session to discuss appointed
officials compensation.
There being no further business to come before the City Council, Mayor
Dunin adjourned the meeting at 6:55 p.m. to Monday, February 23, 1987, at
12:00 noon.

Council listened to a presentation of the results of Community Performing
Arts Facility Study (see file *851) by representatives from Hall, Goodhue,
Haisley and Barker.
