CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES:
ACTION: Moved by Clayton/Strohl to approve the minutes of May 7, 2014 as submitted;
motion carried 5:0.

BUSINESS ITEMS
Item 1. REVIEW 1ST QUARTER 2014 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK
GRANT (CDBG) REPORT (TILLEY)
Housing Programs Manager Corey presented 1st Quarter 2014 Community
Development Block Grant (CDBG) Report.
Item 2. RELEASE 1st QUARTER 2014-2015 MAXINE LEWIS MEMORIAL SHELTER
FUNDS. (TILLEY)
Moved by Clayton/Strohl to approve releasing 1st Quarter 2014-15 Maxine
Lewis Memorial Shelter Funds; motion carried 5:0.
Commissioners requested that CAPSLO representative attend future meetings
to discuss the shelter and that quarterly reports include more detailed
narrative and financial report about how funds are being used.
Item 3. CONSIDERATION OF CANCELING THE JULY 2, 2014 HRC MEETING.
(TILLEY)
Moved by Clayton to cancel the July 2, 2014 HRC Meeting; motion carried 5:0.
COMMISSIONER COMMENTS
No additional comments.
There being no further business to come before the HRC, Tilley adjourned the HRC
meeting at 5:30 p.m. to the regular meeting scheduled for Wednesday, August 6, 2014 at
5:00 p.m. in the Council Hearing Room at 990 Palm St.
