Item 1. REVIEW 2012-2013 GRANTS-IN-AID (GIA) MID-YEAR REPORTS
(ROSALES)
Commissioner Matheny reported on Women’s Shelter Program of SLO County, United Way
of SLO County, Casa Solana, and SLO Legal Alternatives Corporation.
Commissioner Simon reported on Assistance League of SLO County, Court Appointed
Special Advocates of SLO Community, SLO Child Development Center,
Transitions-Mental Health Association and Literacy Council for SLO County.
Commissioner Scott reported on Transitions Mental Health, Senior Volunteer Services,
Alpha Pregnancy & Parenting Support, and Special Olympics of SLO County.
Commissioner Tilley reported on Community Counseling Center, CAPSLO, and People’s
Self Help Housing.
Commissioner Rollefson reported on Senior Nutrition Program of SLO County.
Commissioner Rosales reported on Alliance for Pharmaceutical Access, Gay & Lesbian
Alliance, Noor Foundation, and Sexual Assault Recovery & Prevention Center
of SLO County.
Item 2. DISTRIBUTE 2013-14 GIA APPLICATIONS TO SUBCOMMITTEE AND SET
MEETING DATES (ZOCHER)
Staff Liaison Zocher distributed 2013-14 GIA applications to subcommittee.
COMMISSIONER COMMENTS
There being no further business to come before the HRC, Rosales adjourned the HRC
meeting at 6:30 p.m. to the regular meeting scheduled for Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at 5:00
p.m. in the Council Hearing Room at 990 Palm St.
