Subject: Elections Complaint
Good day to you,
On August 14, 2017 1 received a complaint from Kevin Rice, who alleges a
number of issues related to the election process from activities of the City
through acts by the City Council and or other unnamed agents acting on behalf
and in interest of the City of San Luis Obispo. Mr. Rice has not presented any
substantiated or corroborative information that would lead our office to open a
case.
In light of the fact this is a local election administered by the City of San
Luis Obispo and we will leave it to you to address Mr. Rice's concerns. Pending
our receiving any further complaints or compelling information we consider this
matter closed.
