The project would include a <br />mixture of residential and non-residential uses, as well as the preservation of agricultural uses <br />and open space. The project site is currently outside the City, but within its Sphere of Influence, and <br />would require annexation for development. The project as proposed is envisioned to implement <br />the policies as articulated in the recent Land Use and Circulation Elements (LUCE) update, and <br />be consistent with the development parameters set forth in the LUCE. <br /> <br /> <br />Meeting Date: March 23, 2016 <br />Item Number: 2 <br />PC2 - 1
