I ran an address history check for 1069 Lily during your requested timeframe (report attached). I have also included copies of the public log for each incident. I can also provide a Summary Sheet for each incident that would contain all that must be released to the public per Government Code Section 6254(f), but since none of these incidents resulted in a report being taken, the public log has all the information that would be included on a Summary Sheet. Additionally, a search of the City's email was conducted and produced the attached emails that are responsive to your request. S0000 I went out to 1069 Lily again today. I wrote Robert Holden a cite for being in violation of the muni code: No construction on Sundays. He still doesn't think he is wrong and couldn't comprehend what I was saying. He advised he had not been contacted by code enforcement about the issue and had only been contacted by you and Sgt. Booth who had both approved the use of domestic tools on Sundays. He told me he would be contacting code enforcement tomorrow (11/18) to try and get the ticket thrown out.
