PROJECT: Water Resource Recovery Facility Upgrade Monika, A public records request pertaining to the above referenced public works project, initiated by your organization, dated January 2, 2020, addressed to Kevin Christian was received on January 9, 2020 by Golden State Labor Compliance, LLC (GSLC). GSLC is the Third Party Administrator of the City of San Luis Obispo Labor Compliance Program (LCP); as administrator of the Awarding Body’s LCP public payroll records are kept in our office. Please address all future correspondence or questions regarding this to the Specialist that is monitoring this project, Christy Yates, to insure that your request is processed in a timely manner. The public records requested, as stated in your letter (copy enclosed), are as follows: 1. Certified payroll from start through current 2. Contractors Fringe Benefit Statement Pursuant to California Labor Code §1776(b) (3) and Government Code § 6253 the public records you requested are available for inspection and /or pick up at our office, by appointment, between the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday thru Friday and upon receipt of $22.50. For your convenience the requested public records can be sent directly to your organization with shipping charges applied. Upon receipt of a check or money order for the public records plus shipping charges for a total of $25.50 the records will be forwarded.
