City of Morro Bay nd On January 14, 2020, the City Council voted to postpone the 2 reading of their ordinance concerning tobacco, a Tobacco License Program, a prohibition on the sale of e-cigarette products, and secondhand smoke. The Council directed staff to place the item on a February meeting agenda for more discussion. County of San Luis Obispo On January 14, 2020, the Board of Supervisors adopted an ordinance prohibiting the sale of electronic smoking devices (e-cigarette products), including all flavored and non-flavored products, until the completion of the FDA review process, in all unincorporated areas of the County.
