Whether it is Statues, Murals, Cows, Walls, or even Graffiti, images bring tourism (see City of Santa Paula, West Hollywood) and locals alike to support their community's cultural interests. I would like a policy that is ART-forward, not Anti- Art. A Downtown that is full of galleries, utility boxes, Statues of people and the Abstract, with musical and Theatrical venues for citizens to attend (Like Mozaic and Art After Dark). A Cultural Diverse City is a wonderful city to live in. Please Support All Art Projects of especially Historical events and people that made San Luis Obispo so special! Robert Graham 1
