Dear City Council-
I am writing to voice my opposition of censoring the content of public art by prohibiting depiction of real living or deceased human
beings. This is a terrible idea and would be bad public policy (and likely unconstitutional). I urge the Council to leave the present policy
in place and address more important issues, such as the health and safety of homelessness.
