As a liberal Democrat it pains me to see you acting like Mitch McConnell -speeding your policy through
without notifying your own Art in Public Places committee or our History Center. I am appalled at your
deviousness. You have a fast-changing city to run. Forget the social engineering and get to work on our
real problems.
