We submit this subsequent request for disclosure of records pursuant to the California Public Records Acts, California Government Code §§ 6250 et seq. Please promptly provide copies of the documents requested herein, as required by the California Public Records Act. This is a standing and ongoing request to be notified of and receive copies of, including any updates, supplements or amendment to the following. While the documents produced contained lists of owners and occupants' who may have received notice of public hearings for the San Luis Ranch Specific Plan Project, except for affidavits affirming publication of notice in a newspaper of general circulation, the document production did not include any records, affidavits, or certifications that affirm notice was actually mailed to the identified recipients (as distinguished from merely a list of owners and occupants). In particular, the term includes, but is not limited to, information of any kind, including writings (handwritten, typed, electronic, or otherwise produced, reproduced, or stored), letters, memoranda, correspondence, notes, applications, completed forms, studies, reports, reviews, guidance documents, policies, telephone correspondence, telefaxes, e-emails, documents, databases, drawings, graphs, charts, photographs, presentations, minutes of meetings, electronic and magnetic records of meetings, and any other compilation of data from which information can be obtained. Without limitation, the records requested include records at any stage of development, whether proposed, draft, pending, interim, final, or otherwise.
