After reviewing the recommendation made by the compensation committee I think that their
recommendation on item 8 seems perfectly reasonable.
Reviewing the rest of the agenda for 2/4/20 I noticed two typographical errors in the report on item 9,
and am very interested in the minutes of the 1/14/20 meeting regarding the city’s supposed non-
compliance with the California Voting Rights Act and the adoption of the Clean Energy Choice Program
in 2019. I hope to have time to investigate those issues further.
