I agree with Allan Cooper, the secretary of Save Our Downtown, that mobile food vendors do not belong as the presence in a historic and valuable identity of the Mission Plaza. I agree that lighter paint schemes and palates are appropriate for the Mission Plaza. I hope that you will stand up for Mission-compatible architecture styles which add to the presence of the Mission and adobe buildings. Resounding designs are needed to create a persona and historic parity that pleases the sensibility and historic precedents of our community center, for us and visitors. A first site to look, besides the removable restroom, is the bus station two seating facilities right adjacent to the City parking lot on Osos Street.
