Areas Where Junior Accessory Dwelling Units Are Allowed. Upon meeting the requirements of this Section, junior accessory dwelling units may be established in any zone where the use of the property is a single-unit dwelling, either existing or proposed. A junior accessory dwelling unit may only be allowed on a lot with an accessory dwelling unit if the accessory dwelling unit is detached from the single-family structure.
