SUBJECT: ARCH-0017-2019 (545 HIGUERA / 486 MARSH) MIXED-USE PROJECT
In order to further address potential privacy concerns between the project’s proposed Building A
and the historic Pollard House, which is currently occupied as a residence, the applicant has
provided an updated landscape plan, which shows seven Eucalyptus torquata “coral gum” trees
along the southwest property boundary. These evergreen trees will be planted in 24-inch box size,
and grow to 36 feet in height, which would shield views between the proposed exterior balconies
on Building A and the Pollard House property.
