RECOMMENDATION : Pursuant to California Elections Code, Section 9212,refer the propose d
initiative to amend the Margarita Area Specific Plan to eliminate a portion of the currently planne d
Prado Road alignment to staff and direct staff to prepare a report to the City Council on the specifie d
impacts of the initiative on City finances and policies .
