As owners of one of the parcels comprising the Orcutt Area, we want to encourage you t o
approve the annexation application in an expeditious manner and approve the boundar y
as identified in the Specific Plan (all properties except Garay).
Much study and discussion has gone into the determination of these boundaries, and w e
request that they be approved as shown in the Staff Report .
