Specifically, I would like to see the city:  Add more green paint for bike lanes (not just at intersections, but along entire bike lanes). This will make cyclists feel like they belong, and clearly indicate to drivers that the bike lane is its own space with its own users of the road travelling at very different speeds.  Create separated and protected places for people biking and walking.  Replace car parking spaces with bike racks in downtown. Everyone complains about parking, so if we really want to please the most people, we need to allow 8-10 cyclists to park in the space that 1-4 drivers/passengers would normally use. This increases downtown capacity which boosts the economy and will also reduce congestion. Thank you for listening - Rory Aronson 1
