CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Heidi Harmon
ROLL CALL: Council Members Carlyn Christianson, Andy Pease, Erica A. Stewart,
Vice Mayor Aaron Gomez and Mayor Heidi Harmon
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION OPTIONS: To help reduce the spread of COVID-19, we want to
remind the public they can email any/all comments related to agenda items or public
communication to emailcouncil@slocity.org to the start of the meeting. Emails submitted two
hours prior to the meeting should be limited to one page. It will be printed and attached to a
comment form, just like you were attending the meeting.

PUBLIC HEARING AND BUSINESS ITEMS
1. RECEIVE AN UPDATE FROM THE EMERGENCY SERVICES DIRECTOR
Recommendation:
Receive and file report.
2. DISCUSS AND PROVIDE DIRECTION ON ALL NECESSARY ACTIONS NEEDED
TO PROTECT THE HEALTH, WELFARE AND SAFETY OF THE CITIZENS OF
SAN LUIS OBISPO
Recommendation:
Ratify and confirm actions by the Emergency Services Director during the existence of
a national, statewide, and county emergency, and proclaiming the continued existence
of a local emergency.
