The Public Hearing item listed below has been continued to the next regular Planning Commission meeting on Wednesday, February 26, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 990 Palm Street, San Luis Obispo. The agenda for this meeting will be posted at least 72 hours in advance. • Continued review of a proposed four-story mixed-use project consisting of 5,241 square feet of ground-floor retail, eight hotel suites, and 39 residential (apartment) units. The project includes a request for a three-level mechanical parking lift serving 48 spaces, a fourth -floor roof deck, and tree removals.
