Subject:Comment for Tonight's Council Mtg
I just heard on the KSBY 5:00p news, that the Santa Barbara City Council is considering extending
mandatory shelter-in-place till November 1, 2020. I sincerely hope that SLO County is NOT considering
the same. This will DESTROY our economy and many, many, people's lives, far worse than the virus.
People to date have remained relatively calm and taken this drastic change in daily life, pretty darn well.
A decision like this, will cause massive panic and potential rioting. Again, far worse than the virus.
Consider this well, County officials, you work for the people and are supposed to represent us best.
