The Council Sub -committee responsible for nominating a candidate for the vacancy on the Tree Committee has been
unable to make a recommendation in time for the August 20 Council meeting due to scheduling difficulties. We hope to
have a recommendation in time for the September 3 Council meeting.
Please forward this item to the two candidates, and continue to find a time for the remaining interview with Mr. Duffy,
where the Council Sub -committee and the Tree Committee Chair (Matt Ritter) can all meet with him.
