SUBJECT: Continuation of Item C8. — Water Reclamation Facility Energy Efficiency Project
Financing
Staff is requesting Council continue agenda item C8. — Water Reclamation Facility Energy
Efficiency Project Financing due to new information we have received from our financial
advisor regarding another financing opportunity. Based on preliminary analysis of the data
provided by the financial advisor it appears this alternative financing may be a better way for the
City to go, but further analysis is required to be sure.
Staff will bring the Water Reclamation Facility Energy Efficiency Project Financing
recommendation back to Council as soon as possible to maintain project financing and
construction timelines. Thank you for your understanding.
