Dear Mayor Marx and Council Members: After studying the staff report on the proposed alcohol outlet moratorium, as a
concerned citizen and member of Save Our Downtown, I strongly urge the Council to enact a temporary (up to two-year)
emergency ordinance that will create a moratorium on granting licenses for future alcohol outlets in Downtown San Luis
Obispo.
