Subject:In person Citation Review Administrative Hearings still a thing?
REQUEST PORTION OF EMAIL ONLY:
Finally, real quick, to add to my mountain of evidence to show just HOW punitive that cruel document is, I now want to
have a little fun here:
Please consider this email an official Public Records Act request for the 5 most recent "Request for Waiver of Penalty
Deposit" forms that were submitted to the City of SLO.
So, again, as mentioned in my previous email, the City has three options here:
1) Grant my ināperson Citation Review Hearing with the documentation that I have already supplied.
or;
2) Dismiss my $28 "backing into parking space" citation. (That shouldn't have even been issued in the first place, which is
what I should have been able to argue in my first citation review option, but I had to waste that opportunity fixing the
City's gigantic mistake.)
or;
3) Get sued, for the reasons I've already outlined in my numerous previous emails.
If you have any questions about my legally binding PRA request, please just ask. According to State law, the City has "10
days" to reply to my request.
Again, thank you for all your help,
Ron
