Persons wishing to speak should come forward and state their name and address. Comments are limited to three minutes per person. Items raised at this time are generally referred to staff and, if action by the Committee is necessary, may be scheduled for a future meeting. ROLL CALL Present: Committee Members Robin Kisinger (Senior), James Thompson (Technical), Marlene Cramer (Cal Poly), Rob Moore (Student), David Figueroa (Vice Chair – Member at Large) Absent: Denise Martinez (Disabled), John Osumi (Chair – Business) Staff: Transit Manager Gamaliel Anguiano, Transit Coordinator Megan Weeks PUBLIC COMMENT ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA Elizabeth Thyne (2:32 p.m.) Louise Justice (2:34 p.m.) --End of Public Comment-- CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES 1.Consideration of Minutes of the Regular Mass Transportation Committee Meeting of November 20, 2019: ACTION: UPON MOTION BY COMMITTEE MEMBER CRAMER, SECONDED BY COMMITTEE MEMBER MOORE, CARRIED 4-0-3 (Committee Member Kisinger arrived at 2:40 p.m.), the Mass Transportation Committee approved the Minutes of the Regular Mass Transportation Committee Meeting of November 20, 2019. Minutes - DRAFT MASS TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE 3 of 5 DRAFT Minutes – Mass Transportation Committee Meeting of January 8, 2020 Page 2 PUBLIC COMMENT None. --End of Public Comment-- ACTION ITEMS 2.Zero Emission Bus (ZEB) Rollout Plan PUBLIC COMMENT: Trevor Freeman, SLO Safe Ride (3:14 p.m.) Savannah Gil, San Luis Obispo Council of Governments (SLOCOG) (3:20 p.m.) ACTION: UPON MOTION BY COMMITTEE MEMBER MOORE, SECONDED BY COMMITTEE MEMBER KISINGER, CARRIED 5-0-2, the Mass Transportation Committee made a recommendation to City Council to adopt the Zero Emission Bus (ZEB) Rollout Plan. 3.Title VI Program, FFY 2020-22 ACTION: UPON MOTION BY COMMITTEE MEMBER CRAMER, SECONDED BY COMMITTEE MEMBER THOMPSON 5-0-2, the Mass Transportation Committee made a recommendation to City Council to adopt the Title VI Program, FFY 2020-22.
