Regarding the minutes, the meeting minutes should reflect that there was an action taken by the
Committee (to agendize this issue). I understand that my comments at the meeting are not transcribed
intot he record.

Hi Jon,
I believe you may be correct about agendizing this item. This was an awkward meeting and I
apologize for not taking very good notes. The other direction form committee was to pursue the
mitigation or fine. We were able to contact the property owner and he has agreed to replant on
the property. I apologize for not having this on the agenda and will add it to the next agenda.

Mr. Hanlon,
Yes your email was received and forwarded to Ron Combs (cc’d on this email,) the staff liaison
for the Tree Committee. He would be the one who would add the item to an agenda. We do
don’t put public comment in the minutes just the name of the person who spoke. The
audio/video is available online.

I am again requesting this item be agendized per my comments and letter to Committee
dated April 27, 2020. The minutes should be amended to reflect the action.
