Subject:Open SLO Project
Hello SLO City Council,
I saw Heidi's Instagram post about the Open SLO Project proposal, and I just wanted to voice my support. I love sitting
outdoors at restaurants, and with any luck, I'm hopeful we all should be able to do that again soon (and get some long
overdue haircuts! :)
My primary concern would be the type and quantity of parking spaces that this sort of project would eliminate, as well
as any traffic lane quantity reductions that may be necessary to facilitate the expansion. However, I trust our traffic
engineers to figure out an appropriate compromise that allows for this project to take place without having a significant
effect on traffic throughout and parking availability and proximity.
