Subject:OPEN PLAN for downtown SLO
How wonderful it would be to use this time to be innovative, creative and responsive to redesign downtown slo with an
open air design, utilizing parking spaces and closing down streets.
Its time. Its beyond time. This is happening across the country and world. We should be " one of those towns". One
does not need to attach research with footnotes, to see the obvious.
I hope this is obvious.
