I would like to voice my opposition to this project. The development proposed is too large in scale and out
of character for the low-rise working class neighborhood of historic structures in the neighborhood. Never
should developers outweigh the voice of the residents in this area indicating their opposition to this super
large project which is out of character for this historic neighborhood. Quoting SLO Community Design
Guidelines “infill residential development should be compatible in scale, siting, detailing, and overall
character with adjacent buildings”. This project is nowhere near complying with these parameters.
