Dear City Council,
My name is Ellen Sturtz and I am a resident of San Luis Obispo County and not a resident of the City. Over the decades I have lived here I have noticed City actions often have a positive
impact on the rest of the County. I have appreciated much of the work Chief Cantrell has done reaching out to the community. I would like you to consider funding a citizen oversight
committee of the police department to go further.
Thank you for all you do for the City of San Luis Obispo and for your consideration.
