Height inconsistent with surrounding residential structures.
Does NOT respect privacy of adjacent structures (existing one story private home).
Not following second story setbacks.
Design not incorporating references to historical home structure.
One HUGE building, not broken into groups of structures or having roof articulation.
No extenuating circumstances provided for failure to follow “should” guidelines.
Not significant affordability in a basic working class neighborhood.
Boxy, more like a big box store than charming residences which exist in neighborhood at present.
I object to this development and request that Council deny it.
