Good evening,
My name is David Maksoudian and I have lived in San Luis Obispo my entire life. In my opinion the Proposed development at 545 Higuera st Not compatible with its surroundings. Jean Martin’s
house at 535 High Guerra St. is right next-door and is a very small old historic house,
the proposed building next-door cannot respect her privacy and it’s definitely not to scale.
Please take the time to review your guidelines for development in these historic parts of town as once these big buildings are built there is no going back. It is sad to watch our town
go the way of bigger cities.
