1. Can you advise if there are any paid (or unpaid) city staff tasked with “park monitoring?”
2. In light of the CDC softening their position on Covid-19 being spread via surface contacts, please advise why playgrounds are still closed.
3. Can you reconcile how large groups last week were correctly allowed to exercise their first amendment right to assemble and protest, but it is still deemed unsafe for tax payers
to use tax funded public playgrounds?
