Dear Mayor & Council members,
I noticed on the agenda for the upcoming 6/16/20 meeting, item 11 addresses the continuing process of requiring all-
electric in new building projects in SLO.
To my knowledge all of you are in favor of this idea. However I wanted to remind you that many are not, including
myself. At this point there is probably no way to change your minds but I would at least like to ask that this item be
postponed.
Many of us have been caught of guard in seeing this on the agenda as we were distracted by law enforcement officers
being shot, protesters blocking city streets and highways, trying to adhere to stay-at-home orders with Covid-19
concerns and dealing with all that life has thrown our way recently.
Would you please consider holding off on this issue until all interested parties could be made aware of it being on your
agenda?
