Please let this statement serve as the public comment of Californians for Balanced Energy Solutions.
Agenda Item 11 - Tuesday, June 16, 2020
"On behalf of the members of Californians for Balanced Energy Solutions, who include businesses
and essential workers who have been hardest hit by the public health crisis this year, we ask that you
delay this vote until the full public has access to city council proceedings.
Californians for Balanced Energy Solutions are opposed to this resolution. We are extremely
concerned that the city is taking steps to limit the use of affordable and reliable energy in the middle
of an economic crisis. The adoption of this resolution will hurt businesses and the very workers who
have kept our power on during these crises."
