approximately 5,209 s.f. of commercial space.
Dear Ms. Skidmore:
Thank you for the June 26, 2019 re-submittal for the proposed 545 Higuera Mixed-Use project. We
have reviewed your application and found it to be complete. Further review of the project will be
limited to the current project description and submitted plans. We reserve the right to request
additional information to clarify any changes or additions that are made to the project description in
response to this letter, as our completeness determination is based upon the material provided with
your application. Any substantial modifications to the submitted project description may reset the
project timeline under the Permit Streamlining Act and could result in additional fees.
