See also Haynie v Superior Court (2001) 26 C. 4th 1063. Drone video footage is considered a part of our investigation of this incident and is therefore exempt from release. Any complaints received by the city over June 1, 2020 law enforcement actions, excluding correspondence received and attached to city council agenda documents o On June 16, 2020 you further clarified your request was for formal complaints. The San Luis Obispo Police Department has received no formal complaints. I also consulted the City Clerk's Office and the City has not received any more formal complaints. Any officer use -of -force reports drafted in response to June 1, 2020 demonstration o There are no use of force reports for individual officers for this incident. The deployment of less lethal materials (tear gas, pepper balls) is documented in Police Department incident reports which are exempt from disclosure pursuant to Government Code Section 6254(f). Any record showing officer discipline related to June 1, 2020 demonstration o Records related to officer discipline or to investigations of officer conduct, if any, are exempt from disclosure pursuant to Government Code Sections 6254(c) and (f) and Penal Code Sections 832.7 and 832.8. ©The City of San Luis Obispo is committed to include the disabled in all of its services, programs and activities. Any record that shows types of weapons deployed at June 1, 2020 demonstration, and how many shots were fired. o No such document exists at this time. The department is currently drafting an After -Action Report and whatever portions of it are public, will be shared on our website. Arrest reports for anyone arrested at June 1 for PC 409 o Reports are considered part of our investigation of this incident and are therefore exempt from disclosure per GC 6254(f) (see response to your 11, request).
