Greetings Chair and Commissioners!
Regarding Item #2:
1. Bike Room 106 should be provided with:
a. E-bike charging
b. Cargo bike sized parking
c. Trike sized (width and length) in access and parking
2. The documents refer to the 2013 BTP. Please consider that the 2020 ATP is almost finished, and incorporate its
use instead.
3. Please suggest to the builder that the Peak wheel racks for bike parking are MUCH better than “U” racks.
4. Yay for the parking near and visible to the main entrance(s).
5. Please be as forward thinking in this project as you can be, and lead others into the future with great cycling
accommodations in facility, and getting to and from.
