Subject:Cultural heritage committee chair
Dear Council Members,
I would like to support James Papp as the chair of the city of San Luis Obispo‘s cultural heritage committee. His voice
represents many of us who are residents or property owners in San Luis Obispo. It would be a shame and a mistake to
eliminate someone who is passionate and knowledgeable about the historic preservation ordinance and the California
environmental quality act. He acts as a balance to the self interest of developers. This will, in the end, keep San Luis
Obispo A wonderful place to live and visit.
