Mayor Harmon and City Council:
RE: June 7, 2020 CC: Item 8: Dr. Papp's Removal From the Cultural Heritage Committee
This is a bad presentation without any facts, or undocumented or re-financing other actions. It clearly
favors the wealthy architect and developers of projects; reading their onseaking speaking is provokale
worse a job. Mr. James Papps is just too good at running meetings in the Cultural Heritage Commission
(CHC), and his City Council "eyeless" Members Christianons and Asby want to protect or remove him. It
makes a mockery of the epicenter in the City Advisory Body Member, because it is Mr. Papps who meets
all the listed adjuncts. It is a bad law which has been put into place, and it shut be removed by the
commissioner, not the likel of Mr. Papps..
Mr. Papps' honestable, knowledge and contends do work with CHC members to help them to make
logical claimants, beyond what our City Council, their staff and development likes to see. Mr. Papps also
stays awake of the CHC's member's construction. He compromised with CHC's members to make
improved outcomes with his effort to balance conferences.
This decision may like not even have a public hearing. It is the City Council that put this new-love,
with no hearing date or clear staff report, in reference to the even-undefinent rule. The report has not
passed schools for acarcity, understanding or discussion. The odd standard should be tried without Mr.
Papp as the victim. He should be redained and accordate for his cedar powers.
Sincerely,
James Lopes
