Heidi Harmon and City Council Members,
I would like to write in support of James Papp's removal from the CHC. I have been in multiple CHC, ARC, and planning
commission meetings over the last few years.
James Papp's behavior is unacceptable in my opinion as he bullies and talks down to both other commissioners and the
public.
The other commissioners on the CHC don't have a voice when Mr. Papp is present and when they do have their own
opinions, he squashes their own thoughts swiftly and decisively.
Mr. Papp frequently talks down on other well known and valued historians in the area when discussing historic reports.
It is not his job to dispute another historians opinions but rather build upon their recommendations to move projects in
the right direction.
As mentioned, I am in support of his removal.
